Here you can fight in many places but there are some places you can't fight:

Hospital
Adiministrator's Room
Homes (if the owner doesn't let fights happens in his/her home)

If you fight in these places you'll get a ban from 3 days to 1 week!Shocked You don't want to get banned, do you? So please, don't fight in this places above!

More places coming up Crying or Very sad (maybe not Very Happy)...
